摘要

目的:观察梅花针叩刺拔罐在面瘫急性期的作用。方法:将急性期内就诊的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例

两组除予相同的西药治疗外

在急性期内治疗组采用患侧面部、耳后乳突周围、颈项部酸痛处梅花针叩刺拔罐后TDP照射局部

对照组则只在患侧面部、耳后乳突周围采用TDP照射。进入稳定期和恢复期后两组均采用患侧针刺治疗

疗程相同并进行比较。结果:治疗组痊愈率81.2%

对照组痊愈率68.7%

两组间差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组痊愈病例疗程比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:急性期患侧梅花针叩刺拔罐有助于面神经功能恢复

明显提高痊愈率

缩短疗程。
