摘要

目的:评价各种针刺方法治疗经前期综合征的有效性和安全性。方法:通过电子和手工两种方式

对CochraneLibrary、CENTRAL、MEDLINE、EMBASE、中文生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)等中英文数据库

相关学术会议论文汇编及文章的参考文献进行检索

纳入评价针刺或针刺合并其他疗法治疗经前期综合征的临床疗效的前瞻性对照试验。结果:8个对照试验符合纳入标准

纳入人数从61人到225人

共计807人。其中7个研究的无效率提示针刺与其他方法治疗经前期综合征的疗效差异有统计学意义

并且疗效优于对照组

1个研究的无效率提示针刺和西药的疗效差异无统计学意义。所有研究均未报道不良事件的发生。结论:针刺可有效地治疗经前期综合征

其有效性和安全性尚需更多更高质量的RCTs来加强证据的强度。
