摘要

目的探讨提高类风湿关节炎活动期疗效的治疗方案。方法将146例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组(74例)和对照组(72例)。治疗组采用电针曲池、合谷、阳陵泉等穴联合美洛昔康、柳氮磺胺吡啶、甲氨喋呤方案治疗;对照组单纯西药治疗

比较两组疗效。结果治疗组有效率79.73%

对照组有效率51.39%

两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合药物治疗类风湿关节炎活动期疗效优于单纯药物治疗。
