摘要

目的:运用随机对照临床研究方法

对针挑治疗颈椎病进行疗效评价。方法:将158例患者随机分为针挑治疗组(针挑组)56例、常规针刺对照组(针刺组)55例与局麻对照组(局麻组)47例。取穴均为颈百劳、大椎、肩井等

分别采用针挑法、常规针刺法及局部麻醉法治疗。采用简化McGill疼痛询问量表等量化计分

结合临床症状、体征进行疗效分析。结果:针挑组痊愈率为57.1%

优于针刺组的23.6%与局麻组的14.9%(均P<0.01)

针挑治疗基本无不良反应。结论:针挑疗法对于颈椎病是一种高效、安全的疗法。
