摘要

目的运用自制的脉冲磁针治疗仪作用于头穴

治疗急性脑梗死病人并探讨其治疗疾病的机理。方法设立脉冲磁针组30例

同时设立常规针刺组、静磁针组各30例作为对照

测定3组治疗前后临床疗效。结果脉冲磁针组与常规针刺组愈显率分别为80.0%和70.3%

两组相比

差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)

静磁针组愈显率为36.6%

与前两组比较

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论头穴脉冲磁针治疗急性脑梗死的作用等同于常规针刺头穴的治疗

优于静磁针的头穴治疗。
