摘要

目的:验证针刺“清喘穴”治疗支气管哮喘即刻止喘疗效。方法:对200例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者进行临床比较观察

分为试验组100例

针刺“清喘穴”;对照组100例

针刺定喘穴。结果:试验组总有效率92.0%

针刺后即刻止喘起效时间在42～60秒以内;对照组总有效率81.0%

针刺后即刻止喘起效时间均在114～126秒

与试验组比较

差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01

P<0.001)。结论:针刺“清喘穴”能显著改善支气管哮喘患者的喘息症状

即刻止喘的起效时间快

具有良好的止喘效果。
