摘要

跟痛症泛指因足底跖腱膜炎、跟骨下脂肪垫炎或跟骨下滑膜炎引起的足底跟部疼痛

多见于长期负重、站立及喜爱跑跳运动的中年以上人群

常于走行时跟痛加重

从而影响日常生活起居。笔者对73例患者用盘龙针治疗

疗效满意

现报告如下。1临床资料73例患者中男34例

女39例;年龄18～65岁

平均48岁;病程1个月～3年

平均3.6个月。单侧疼痛63例

双侧痛10例。
