摘要

通过对近20年来现代文献中有关单次针灸治疗中的时间因素

即留针时间、下针顺序与针灸效应的关系进行了综述。在留针时间与针灸效应的关系方面

主要从临床和实验两方面对不同疾病的留针时间长短进行了探讨。在下针顺序与针灸效应的关系方面

现代研究非常匮乏

同时在一定下针顺序基础上

不同穴位的留针时间长短对针灸效应影响的研究几乎还是空白

加强此方面的研究

符合循证医学对针灸治疗模式的要求

有确切的临床指导意义。
