摘要

目的寻求治疗强直性脊柱炎的有效疗法。方法将针罐组(32例)采用针刺和拔罐结合治疗

针刺组(30例)采用单纯针刺治疗

进行观察治疗40天。结果针罐组临床缓解率62.5%

针刺组临床缓解率33.3%

经χ2检验

P<0.01

差异有非常显著性意义;针罐组总有效率93.8%

优于针刺组的83.3%(P<0.01)。随访1年后复发率分别为3.3%与24.0%(P<0.01)。结论针罐组治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效优于针刺组

且疗程短

复发率低。
