摘要

目的寻找提高治疗急性期Bell麻痹临床疗效的方法。方法将90例急性期Bell麻痹患者随机分为观察组、对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组各30例

分别采用针刺加运动疗法、单纯针刺疗法、单纯运动疗法治疗

观察治疗效果。结果观察组治愈率66.7%

对照Ⅰ组53.3%

对照Ⅱ组46.7%。观察组疗效优于两对照组(P<0.05)。结论分期针刺配合运动疗法治疗急性期Bell麻痹可提高疗效

是一种较佳的疗法。
