摘要

目的:观察针刺对乳腺增生病影像、血流动力的影响和临床疗效。方法:选择95例乳腺增生病患者随机分为针刺治疗组(60例)和对照组(35例)

分别采用针刺和乳癖消贴膏外敷治疗

均治疗3个疗程

观察各组临床疗效、治疗前后增生腺体声像图、血流动力学、乳房红外线扫描及乳腺钼钯X线征象变化。结果:治疗组在降低乳腺增生腺体的血流阻力指数、改善乳腺组织的X线征象、减轻腺体的灰阶度及血管类型明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);临床总有效率为95.0%。结论:针刺对乳腺增生病有显著的临床疗效

并且能降低乳腺增生腺体的血流阻力指数

改善乳腺组织的X线征象

减轻腺体的灰阶度及血管类型。
