摘要

目的:寻找针灸治疗脑卒中的最佳方案。方法:将183例脑卒中患者分头体针组(62例)、头针组(60例)、体针组(61例)进行治疗

疗程满2个月后进行疗效比较。结果:头体针组基本痊愈13例

显著进步32例

进步15例

无效2例;头针组基本痊愈8例

显著进步21例

进步24例

无效7例;体针组基本痊愈11例

显著进步28例

进步19例

无效3例。头体针组与体针组之间、体针组与头针组之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)

但头体针组与头针组之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:头体针结合较单纯的头针治疗能获得更好的临床疗效。
