摘要

目的观察温针灸配合中药治疗卵巢囊肿的效果。方法按随机排列表法将46例病人分为两组

温针灸子宫、气海、三阴交等穴加内服中药祛瘀汤26例为治疗组

单服中药祛瘀汤20例为对照组

分别进行治疗

1个月后统计疗效。结果治疗组治愈率为53.8%

总有效率为88.4%;对照组治愈率为15.0%

总有效率为85.0%。治疗组治愈率明显优于对照组(P<0.01);而两组有效率比较

差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论温针灸配合内服中药是治疗卵巢囊肿的有效方法

与单纯中药内服相比较可明显提高治愈率、缩短疗程。
