摘要

目的:寻求治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎胃黏膜肠化生的有效方法。方法:将51例经胃镜及病理检查确诊为伴有肠化生的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为针药结合组(26例)和单纯中药组(25例)。单纯中药组以衍化四君子汤加减;针药结合组以中脘、足三里、内关、公孙为主穴针刺并加中药治疗

中药同单纯中药组。经3个月治疗后

复查胃镜和病理

以临床症状、胃镜观察、黏膜组织病理活检等为指标

对两组疗效进行比较。结果:在改善临床症状方面

二组疗效差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);胃镜检查方面

针药结合组的总有效率88.46%优于单纯中药组的64.00%(P<0.05);时肠化生的病理改善方面

针药结合组的总有效率84.62%亦优于单纯中药组的64.00%(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合可作为治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎胃黏膜肠上皮化生的较佳方法。
