摘要

目的:在对针刺全血清进行预初分段分离的基础上

进一步分析、鉴定针刺血清中抗哮喘有效成分的大体所在。方法:将稀释后的分段血清以2.5mL/kg剂量经大鼠尾静脉注射到高嗜酸粒细胞血症模型大鼠的体内

连续注射3d

同时连续10d测定分段血清对高嗜酸粒细胞血症大鼠外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数的影响。结果:针刺血清组份1、组份2和组份3在尾静脉注射后3～10d均可明显降低高嗜酸粒细胞血症大鼠的外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数(P<0.05)。结论:针刺血清中抗哮喘有效成分不是单一的

针刺可能激发了体内多种生物活性因子。
