摘要

目的 :探讨针刺治疗男性免疫性不育症的机理。方法 :将 4 0例男性不育症抗精子抗体阳性的患者

按就诊顺序分为 2 0例俞原配穴针刺组和 2 0例口服强的松西药组

经治疗 2个疗程后

观察其治疗前后的一氧化氮 (NO)及微量元素的变化情况。结果 :电针组的血清NO含量有显著的下降

头发的锌、铜、铁等微量元素含量均有不同程度的提高

其效果明显优于西药对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :俞原配穴电针法治疗男性免疫性不育症的机理

可能与调节不育症患者的一氧化氮及微量元素的含量有关。
