摘要

目的:观察调神疏肝针刺法治疗郁证的临床疗效。方法:按心境障碍(情感性精神障碍)中抑郁发作的诊断标准

选择110例郁证患者

随机分为调神疏肝针刺法组50例、传统针刺对照组及西药百忧解对照组各30例。应用国际公认的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、抑郁自评表(SDS)、心理卫生自评表(SCL-90)量表积分法

对各组患者的临床疗效进行观察比较。结果:调神疏肝针刺法组治愈34例

显效10例

有效4例

无效1例。其痊愈率69.4％及总有效率98.0％明显优于传统针刺组(痊愈率48.3％

总有效率89.7％)

而与西药百忧解组疗效(痊愈率64.0％

总有效率96.0％)比较

差异无显著性意义。结论:调神疏肝针刺法治疗郁证与西药百忧解有相同的疗效。
