摘要

目的:探讨在华佗夹脊穴(腰段)采用新针刺方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的安全深度与角度。方法:采用CT对华佗夹脊穴(腰段)的进针深度、角度、相关组织层面及植入的羊肠线进行扫描观察。结果:当针与人体矢状面呈20

0°角进针并出现明显的"落空感"时

看到针尖可到达华佗夹脊穴(腰段)深部的硬膜外后间隙

此为最佳进针深度

并可在此间隙植入羊肠线或药物。结论:将针灸针或羊肠线作用于华佗夹脊穴(腰段)深部的硬膜外后间隙为治疗腰椎间盘突出症的适宜部位。
