摘要

小儿肺炎是临床的常见病和多发病

急性期多由西医儿科收住院给予抗炎、抗病毒以及对症处理等综合治疗。但是在热退、白细胞计数正常之后

部分患儿仍有轻度咳嗽、痰鸣

单侧或双侧肺底部或支气管可闻及湿罗音

此时继续静脉点滴或口服消炎药、雾化吸入等方法往往效果不明显。笔者2002年9月-2004年1月共收治该病患儿104例

均收到较好的临床效果。1一般资料本组104例均为小儿肺炎恢复期患儿

临床表现为咳嗽痰鸣

由儿科病房或门诊转诊而来。其中
