摘要

目的:比较不同针刺取穴方法治疗不安腿综合征的疗效差异。方法:将81例患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组。治疗组41例

根据阳性反应部位结合神经走行解剖特点取穴;对照组40例

采用中医传统循经取穴方法。结果:治疗组有效率97.6%

愈显率90.3%;对照组有效率75.0%

愈显率60.0%。两组间有效率、愈显率差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);两组治愈者所需疗次间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:将临床检查的阳性发现与神经走行解剖特点结合取穴治疗不安腿综合征疗效优于中医传统循经取穴。
