摘要

目的:通过观察腹针对神经根型颈椎病的多中心随机对照临床试验研究

以检验腹针对神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将300例患者随机分配到腹针试验组和牵引对照组。试验组以规范的统一处方腹针治疗

穴取天地针(中脘、关元)等;对照组采用枕—颌式坐位颈椎牵引带进行悬吊牵引。在疗程结束时和治疗结束后的90天分别统计近远期疗效。结果:腹针试验组的近远期总有效率分别为97.3%、92.7%;牵引对照组分别为82.0%、82.0%

两组相比差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:腹针治疗神经根型颈椎病近远期疗效均较好

且疗程短

操作简便。
