摘要

目的:比较电针结合手捻针法与单纯电针法治疗单纯性肥胖病的疗效差异。方法:采用完全随机抽样法将120例患者分为电针结合手捻针组(观察组)63例、单纯电针对照组(电针组)57例。对两组临床疗效及起效时间进行评定。结果:观察组痊愈57例(90.5%)

总有效率100.0%;电针组痊愈42例(73.7%)

总有效率96.5%。两组治愈率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)

观察组起效时间快于电针组。结论:电针结合手捻针治疗单纯性肥胖病痊愈率及起效时间优于单纯电针。
