摘要

目的 :探寻治疗腰椎间盘突出症根性痛的有效方法。方法 :将 192例患者随机分为踝三针组 (96例 )、药物对照组 (48例 )、针刺对照组 (48例 )。分别采用踝三针、肌肉注射来比林、常规针刺治疗

观察各疗法的镇痛起效时间、维持时间、镇痛效果及综合疗效评价。结果 :治疗组镇痛起效时间短于对照组

疗效维持时间长于对照组

镇痛效果、综合疗效评价均优于两对照组

差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :踝三针对腰椎间盘突出症根性痛具有较好的镇痛效果。
