摘要

目的 :探讨头针配合促通技术对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的影响。方法 :将 12 0例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各 6 0例。观察组采用头针配合促通技术进行康复治疗

对照组单纯进行促通技术治疗

以Fugl Meyer评分法、Barthel指数进行治疗前后的功能评价。结果 :观察组在肢体运动功能、日常生活能力 (ADL)方面治疗后有明显改善

与对照组相比差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :头针配合促通技术有助于脑卒中患者尽快恢复功能。
