摘要

目的 :探索针灸早期介入中风后偏瘫肩痛防治的有效方法。方法 :将 90例中风后偏瘫肩痛患者按照随机数字表法分成 3组 :单纯针灸组 (A组 )、针灸加中西医内科常规治疗组 (B组 )和单纯中西医内科常规治疗组 (C组 )各 30例。A组针灸用穴以阴经为主 ;B组在针灸基础上 (用穴同A组 )

配合内科常规中西药治疗 ;C组单纯中西医内科常规治疗方法同B组。在对其效应进行同期平行观察时

对 3组间的视觉模拟评分 (VAS)及总有效率进行统计学分析。结果 :A、B两组在肢体疼痛缓解程度优良率分别为 90 0 %和 93 3%

均明显高于C组的 4 6 7%(P <0 0 1 ) ;而A、B组间则无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :针灸疗法对中风后偏瘫肩痛疗效确切

早期介入效果更佳

与单纯药物相比具有明显优势。
