摘要

目的:寻找提高治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)临床疗效的方法。方法:将符合美国NINCDSADRDA标准的AD患者随机分为A、B两组。A组21例采取针刺治疗

10次为一疗程

共治疗10个疗程;B组20例采用针刺配合音乐疗法

针刺方法同A组

同时配合聆听音乐进行治疗

音乐治疗每5天1次

共治疗20次。治疗结束后

对两组患者的简易精神状态量表和日常生活自理能力量表得分进行组内和组间比较。结果:A、B两组疗后得分和疗前比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)

B组疗效明显优于A组;A、B两组之间疗后比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合音乐疗法治疗阿尔茨海默病能提高疗效。
