摘要

目的:观察针灸对缺血性脑血管病颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)患者颈动脉斑块的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为针灸组和药物组各30例

分别采用针灸和药物治疗。通过颈动脉彩超测定

颈动脉粥样硬化斑块以及斑块的性质

并计算斑块的厚度和面积。结果:针灸组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块消退率为53.9%

明显高于药物组的10.0%(P<0.01)

其中以扁平斑、软斑效果较好

能够明显减少颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的厚度和面积。结论:针灸可改善颈动脉粥样硬化斑块情况

进而有助于减轻和防止缺血性脑血管病的发生和发展。
