摘要

目的 :探讨电针五脏俞治疗急性格林巴利综合征 (GBS)的有效方法。方法 :将 4 9例GBS患者随机分为针刺组与药物组

观察两组运动功能缺损评分的动态变化

病程 1年时的后遗症、副反应及并发症。结果 :在病程 6个月内的临床过程针刺组与药物组比较

高峰期持续时间前者比后者缩短 (P <0 0 5 )。在 1月两组运动功能缺损评分比较中药物组较针刺组减低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :电针五脏俞治疗GBS疗效肯定

与对照组相比高峰期持续时间明显缩短。
