摘要

目的:观察针刺减肥的疗效及探讨针刺减肥的作用原理。方法:将50例单纯性肥胖症患者随机分为针刺治疗组和药物对照组

每组各25例。针刺治疗组采用体针、电针配合耳穴贴压的方法(体穴取天枢、关元等

耳穴取神门、内分泌等);药物对照组采用口服西药西布曲明的方法。分别于治疗前后检测患者血清瘦素的含量

并评价减肥疗效。结果:针刺治疗组的总有效率为88.0%

药物对照组的总有效率为80.0%

两组的治疗结果相近(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后血清瘦素水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)

且针刺治疗组下降水平优于药物对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺减肥的疗效确切

针刺能有效地改善单纯性肥胖症患者的高瘦素血症

这可能是针刺减肥的作用机理之一。
