摘要

目的:寻找提高治疗顽固性失眠临床疗效的最佳方法。方法:将91例顽固性失眠患者随机分成观察组(48例)、常规针刺组(43例)。观察组取大陵、“失眠”穴;常规针刺组取常规穴位。治疗4个疗程后进行疗效比较。结果:观察组治愈率81.25%

常规组治愈率34.88%

观察组疗效明显优于常规组(P<0.01)。观察组1疗程治愈率明显高于常规组(P<0.01)。结论:针刺大陵、“失眠”穴治疗顽固性失眠疗效明显优于常规取穴法。
