摘要

目的 :观察穴位埋线法治疗重型颅脑损伤康复期患者的临床疗效。方法 :将 6 0例重型颅脑损伤康复期患者随机分成治疗组和对照组 (每组 30例 )

两组均常规药物和康复治疗

治疗组加用穴位埋线治疗

通过治疗前后Fugl Meyer运动评分 (FMA)、修订的Barthel指数 (MBI)评分的变化对两组患者功能康复进行评价并比较两组疗效。结果 :治疗组患者的总有效率为 93 3%

明显高于对照组的 70 0 %(P <0 0 1 )

FMA、MBI评分也优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :穴位埋线对重型颅脑损伤康复期患者疗效明显

可以促进运动功能和日常活动能力的恢复。
