摘要

特发性便秘(IC)是一种原因不明的慢性功能性便秘

在不同年龄人群中均有发生

总发病率已超过5%

临床上主要表现为排便次数减少

粪便干结

排便费力。其症状虽较单纯

却给患者带来很大痛苦

并可诱发许多疾病。临床上多应用缓泻剂

疗效常欠满意。笔者自2002年以来采用七星针叩刺加体针治疗本病

取得了较好的疗效

现报道如下。
