摘要

目的 :探索治疗周围性面瘫的最佳治疗方法。方法 :将 1 2 2例患者分为 2组

治疗组 6 2例根据本病发展规律分为急性期、静止期和恢复期

针对各期特点施以不同针灸疗法 ;对照组 6 0例采用临床常规针灸法进行治疗。结果 :治疗组的愈显率为 90 32 %

对照组为 70 0 %

治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :分期针灸治疗周围性面神经麻痹优于常规针灸法。
