摘要

目前对于胆囊结石西医治疗主要以手术为主

但胆囊结石有泥沙形、小颗粒多发性、大颗粒多发性、单发性结石等

所以

手术效果时常不尽如人意。笔者从20多年来接触的胆囊结石病例看

手术治疗对于胆囊内单枚或几枚(直径>1.5 cm)结石治愈效果较好

术后观察复发率较低

而对于泥沙形、小颗粒多发性结石

术后效果较差

甚至因无法取尽结石

病人上腹疼痛、腹胀等症状未能消除

反而增加了病人的痛苦

为进一步保守治疗增加了难度。 20多年来

笔者运用针刺配合耳穴贴压法治疗胆囊切除术后存留残余石168例

取得了满意的效果。现报告如下。
