摘要

目的 :对比针刺结合微波穴位照射与西药舍尼通治疗良性前列腺增生 (BPH)的结果

评价其疗效。方法 :将 82例良性前列腺增生 (BPH)患者随机分为治疗组 4 2例 (针刺结合微波穴位照射 )和对照组 4 0例 (西药舍尼通治疗 )

以治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分 (I PSS)、受困评分 (BS)、最大尿流率、前列腺容积和膀胱残余尿量为量化指标进行对比观察。结果 :治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为 5 9 5 %和 10 0 0 %

膀胱出口梗阻症状得到显著改善

I PSS、BS评分

最大尿流率、前列腺容积和膀胱残余尿量均有明显改善

疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺结合微波穴位照射治疗良性前列腺增生疗效优于西药舍尼通
