摘要

目的 :对比用单耳与双耳贴压方法治疗青少年近视的近期疗效。方法 :将 91例患者随机分为双耳贴压组、单耳交替贴压组两组。取穴 :①组穴为神门、皮质下、眼、心、肝、肾、目1;②组穴为脑干、交感、胆、脾、枕、目1、目2 。单耳交替贴穴组每次两组穴在一耳同时使用

下一次贴另一耳

两耳交替贴压 ;双耳贴压组每次双耳贴一组穴

下一次双耳贴另一组穴

两组穴位交替贴压。 1个疗程后观察结果。结果 :单耳交替贴压组的疗效为 5 1 2 5 %

明显优于双耳贴压组的 4 6 5 8% (P <0 0 5 ) ;病程与疗效关系差异无显著性意义 ;裸眼视力越低

耳穴贴压的疗效越明显 ;单耳交替贴压组治疗前后两耳电流差值趋于平衡

有显著的统计学意义。结论 :单耳贴压方法治疗优于双耳贴压治疗的效果
