1 临床资料本组52例患者年龄均在22

5岁之间

其中初产47例

经产5例。一般在产后135岁之间

经产5例。一般在产后1

月就诊。其中气血亏虚型28例

乳汁不足甚或全无

乳房软而无胀痛感

面色苍白或萎黄

纳少

气短便溏

爪甲不华

舌淡

脉细;肝郁气滞型24例

乳少或全无

乳房胸胁胀痛

胸闷

胃脘不舒

脉弦。
