摘要

目的:比较针刺为主辅以推拿与药物治疗冻疮的疗效差异。方法:将264例冻疮患者随机分为针刺组(136例)和药物组(128例)。针刺组取"回阳九针穴"(即哑门、劳宫、三阴交等9穴)为主针刺辅以推拿;药物组以外用冻疮膏为主治疗。结果:针刺组治愈111例

总有效136例

有效率为100.0%;药物组治愈55例

总有效98例

有效率为76.6％。两组疗效比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺辅以推拿治疗冻疮优于药物组。
