摘要

目的 :对比针灸与药物对肿瘤患者化疗后血细胞和消化道反应的作用。方法 :将 10 2例化疗患者按 2∶1随机分为针刺治疗组 (穴取内关、中脘、足三里等 )和服药对照组 (口服VitB6 、吗丁啉等 )进行研究。结果 :治疗组和对照组均可升高化疗患者的血细胞水平

但治疗组作用明显好于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;在改善化疗后主要症状和体征方面

治疗组总有效率为 82 3%

对照组为 6 7 6 %(P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针灸可拮抗化疗药的副作用

对化疗机体具有良好的保护作用。其作用与取穴、刺激量、治疗方法及治疗时机密切相关。
