摘要

目的:观察针刺治疗中风后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择中风后中重度吞咽障碍住院患者68例

采用醒脑开窍针法治疗。结果:临床治愈26例

显效24例

有效16例

总有效率97.06%。结论:醒脑开窍针法治疗中风后中重度吞咽障碍临床疗效显著

与该疗法强调整体治疗、调神导气及严格的手法量学有关。
