目的:探讨穴位刺血疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的机理。方法:以卵清蛋白建立大鼠实验性变应性鼻炎模型

用放射免疫分析法检测穴位刺血治疗前后鼻炎大鼠下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺、血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)含量

并设立中药穴位敷贴、二丙酸氯地米松喷雾治疗对照和正常健康对照组。结果:变应性鼻炎大鼠下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺、血浆ACTH水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。穴位刺血治疗后上述部位的ACTH水平明显上升

治疗前后比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);与同期模型组比较差异亦有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);与穴位敷贴及药物治疗对照组比较结果相似(P>0.05)。结论:穴位刺血疗法对实验性变应性鼻炎大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴ACTH有调整作用。
