目的 :介绍岭南医家针灸治疗鼠疫、霍乱的经验

昭示针灸治疗传染病具有广阔的前景

促进对历代针灸防治传染病经验的发掘整理

以充分发挥针灸在应对突发性公共卫生事件中的作用。方法 :通过搜集、考订岭南医家针灸治疗鼠疫、霍乱的文献史料

利用针灸学理论

并结合今人针灸治疗传染病机理的研究成果

分析说明岭南医家针灸治疗鼠疫、霍乱的具体问题。结论 :针灸能够治疗烈性传染病 ;针灸治疗传染病也应根据不同传染病

分别采用针刺法或艾灸法 ;针对具体情况

决定针刺深浅和采用不同针具 ;主张针药并用、灸药并施。
