摘要

目的:探讨隔药灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的作用机理。方法:将溃疡性结肠炎大鼠随机分为模型组和隔药灸组

并设正常对照组。隔药灸组选取“天枢”

隔药灸治疗大鼠溃疡性结肠炎。应用BiostarR-40s基因芯片进行结肠组织差异表达基因检测

并应用实时荧光定量PCR方法对差异表达基因白细胞介素-1βmRNA(IL-1βmRNA)进行鉴定。结果:筛选出在溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠中异常表达、隔药灸治疗后得到调节的差异表达基因174条

其中28条(含已知基因7条)在溃疡性结肠炎大鼠中表达下调的基因经隔药灸治疗后表达升高

146条(已知基因42条)上调基因经隔药灸治疗后表达降低。结论:大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的发生涉及多种基因表达异常

隔药灸可通过调节IL-1β等诸多基因的表达

起到治疗作用。
