摘要

目的:寻找治疗妊娠剧吐的最佳方法。方法:将150例妊娠剧吐患者随机分为3组

针灸组、中药组、西药组各50例。针灸组采用针刺中脘、内关、足三里、阴陵泉

得气后

艾条温和灸10-15分钟;中药组口服中药苏叶黄连汤加减;西药组则采用补充水电解质

口服鲁米那治疗。结果:针灸组治疗总有效率86.0%

中药组总有效率42.0%

西药组38.0%。3组比较

疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。针灸组疗效最优。结论:针灸治疗妊娠剧吐疗效显著

无副作用

孕妇易接受。本法不失为治疗妊娠剧吐较佳的疗法。
