摘要

目的:探讨经皮穴位电刺激在颈部甲状腺肿瘤手术中减弱应激反应及增强麻醉作用的效果。方法:将60例甲状腺肿瘤手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例

两组病人均采用改良一点法颈丛神经阻滞

观察组加用韩氏穴位神经刺激仪(HANS)

选用双侧合谷和曲池穴

术中连续使用HANS至手术结束。结果:观察组血压、心率差、牵拉反应比对照组明显降低

氧饱和度、呼吸频率变化不明显。结论:HANS可以减轻甲状腺肿瘤患者手术时产生的心血管应激反应

同时有强化麻醉的作用。
