摘要

目的 :探讨针刺治疗糖尿病的机制。方法 :将Wistar大鼠 4 3只随机分为正常对照组 1 3只

另 30只行链脲左菌素 (STZ)腹腔注射造模

造模成功的大鼠再随机分为模型组和针刺治疗组。治疗组针刺“胰俞”“后三里”“关元”穴

针刺治疗 2个疗程后运用放射免疫分析法检测各组大鼠血浆胰岛素和神经肽Y(NPY)

运用血糖仪检测各组大鼠血糖。结果 :针刺明显降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平 (P <0 0 5 )

使糖尿病大鼠升高的血浆NPY水平降低 (P <0 0 5 )

对降低的胰岛素水平有升高的趋势

但与治疗前相比

差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺降低血糖的同时使糖尿病大鼠的NPY水平降低

可能是针刺改善糖尿病血管并发症的机制之一。
