摘要

目的 :探讨针刺抗运动性生理心理疲劳的作用机制。方法 :将某全训部队 80名官兵随机分为观察组 4 0名和对照组 4 0名。在相同的训练强度下

观察组针刺平衡针灸的胸痛穴、肩痛穴 ;对照组不做任何治疗。从生理、心理两方面对疲劳进行全面观察比较。结果 :对照组情绪状态量表(POMS)中紧张、愤怒等情绪较训练前明显增加 ;简单反应时 (RT)延长、闪光融合频率 (CFF)降低 ;血红蛋白、血乳酸、葡萄糖 (GLU)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、肌酸肌酶 (CPK)各项指标均改变 (P <0 0 5

P <0 0 1)。观察组针刺后POMS、RT、CFF、血红蛋白、血乳酸、GLU、LDH、CPK各项指标均明显改善 (P <0 0 5

P <0 0 1)。结论 :针刺可以反射性地引起中枢神经向应激态转变

起到调节和改善机体疲劳的作用。
