摘要

目的:观察腹丛刺合骶髂刺治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将慢性盆腔炎患者110例随机分为两组

治疗组70例

采用腹丛刺合骶髂刺治疗;对照组40例

采用口服妇炎康片治疗。将两组的疗效进行对比观察。结果:治疗组治愈率75.7%

总有效率97.1%;对照组治愈率37.5%

总有效率85.0%。两组间疗效差异存在非常显著性意义(P<0.01

P<0.05)。结论:腹丛刺合骶髂刺治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效明显优于对照组。
