摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的作用机理。方法:将40例VBI患者分为针刺组20例和常规组20例

另设正常对照组30例。针刺组在常规治疗的基础上加用针刺治疗

治疗前及治疗2w后检查多普勒(TCD)及脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)

观察针刺对VBI患者血流速度及脑电生理的影响。结果:治疗前VBI患者双侧椎动脉及基底动脉峰速度明显低于对照组

TCD异常率为75.0%;BAEP异常率为70.0%

以脑干型异常为主。治疗后两组推动脉及基底动脉峰速度均有改善

TCD异常率为47.5%;治疗后BAEP异常率为45.0%

神经传导功能有明显改善

与常规组相比

针刺组Ⅴ波峰潜伏期、Ⅲ-Ⅴ和Ⅰ-Ⅴ峰间潜伏期改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗可改善VBI患者的椎-基底动脉血流速度及脑干神经传导功能。
