摘要

目的:观察采用不同方法治疗不同时期周围性面瘫的疗效。方法:对治疗组中26例急性期患者采用针刺健侧对应穴

15例静止期患者采用浅刺法针刺患侧

2例恢复期患者采用常规针灸治疗

并与36例常规针灸治疗患者进行对照研究

两组取穴相同。结果:治疗组愈显率为97.7%

对照组为75.0%

两组相比差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗组所需平均疗程为2.7个

对照组为4.0个

两组在治疗疗程上比较差异也有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用不同方法分期治疗周围性面瘫效果优于常规针刺方法。
